Updating my build thread with some bespoke badges I had done here in the UK by Craig at CC Design. I had seen Craig’s work for a while and like the idea on a lathe he was doing variations influenced by the original factory badges. I asked if he could do some for me and here are the results.

Thanks. I’m happy with them. Good quality and as mentioned looked a little factory finish as been included by the factory badges. In other news fitted to the GReddy some ‘twin-jet washers’ from a version of the Ford Maverick sold here in the UK/Europe. I believe you guys had the same on the Mazda Tribute. This is a really cheap upgrade to the standard washer jets (I have them on some other roadsters).

They provide a full spray pattern over the whole windscreen, etc.

Great spray pattern but be quite very careful getting any wax near'em

Yeah I would recommend Craig and the badges are of a high standard. The washer jets are such a simple, cheap, easy upgrade. I have them in my silver roadster (and think in another?).

They look great! I'm still contemplating having my car completely de-badged when the time comes for paint.

^^ I do like the de-badged look. If the cars didn’t have a tuning heritage to the names mentioned my preference would have been to leave out. Doing with a style influenced by the factory look sufficed for me.

On my standard J-Limited, R-Limiteds and RS-Limited I like the badges from a point of view of originality and factory finish.

The price of the jet-washers seem more then a few years ago but still cheap at £13 a pair here in the UK and a big difference to the stock jets (admittedly on most owners cars quite old now).

Only things done has been a full service on the standard white r-limited following new coolant and hoses in June.

Likewise a key from Japan for the GReddy Roadster. Looking for a Zoom Engineering centre console for the GReddy roadster like I have in the Tuckin99 Roadster.

Busy few early morning starts getting my blue R-Limited MOT’d and my silver roadster. The MOT is the UK national car inspection test for every car over 3 years old if you want to keep it on the road.

Neither car has done more then 50km since the last MOT test but the good news is the both passed ok.





Whilst my youngest who is just coming up to 21 months seems to be a fan of the silver car!

The Pitcrew Roadster came out of storage for the first time in about a year. It has a national car inspection test this week, which spurred my decision to get it out. I was up early today so filled it up and had a little drive in the Sussex countryside.









Project wise no changes to the cars. All being well the RS-Limited goes in for a makeover in September.
