Yesterday was a very good day!

I have a big maintenance scheduled for the LE and my friend who is taking on the task said the words "while you're in there you should...." so I did just that. The list is vast and I am excited to get it all done!

As for what you see I picked up an Autoexe Header (Maxim Works), SARD Catalyst Pipe, and a Autoexe Catback! I want go sporty yet subtle and pic up some pep along the way.

This should be done soon so I am very excited to show you when it is all done!

So last week I did delrin door bushing and that really stiffened up the car and made things very quiet over bumps so I decided to get some more bracing.

Kenauto makes a fantastic rear brace bar. Extremely light, very easy to install, and definitely helps reinforcing the rear end. On my all season tires I can now feel more grip in corners and feel the bushings and brace bar doing there job!

    294838339_2404846846325011_3433714424542238260_n.jpg

And while I was down there I could not stop myself to install the Autoexe Catback. The Fitment couldn't be better it is perfect. It is a couple pounds lighter than stock which is a plus!

Sound wise sounds extremely mature. Very throaty and you only hear it when you want to. I attached a video of it below!

No engine swap just a lot of maintenance and some goodies along the way!

It came out great and the motor feels super healthy and the bump in power really is nice.

After almost 2 months on the engine refresh it is still running incredible. Very happy with the LE mechanically and now that the maintenance is out of the way it is time for fun!

Something very niche but something I really like are the JDM/EURO turn signal indicators. Being down in Miami which is a wild city I need as much visual presentation as possible when on the road to make sure everyone can see me so the DRLs were a valuable choice to me.

Love how they came out! I did a bright halogen color because I did not want it to look too tacky running a really bright LED but this bulb in person is quite bright.

A plus to this is my turn signal itself is much brighter than OEM USDM which is a plus as well.

Above are the part numbers and I purchased the housings and the wiring loom from https://www.autolinkmx5.com/index.as...9-f5c42d56320a They had everything in stock!

Big Day for the LE. I have finally changed up the outside with a set of wheels and tires.

These wheels I purchased from Matt Lambert back in late 2016! I am happy to say I still have them.

LE is sitting very well and the thicker tire fills the wheel well so nicely also I am still on the original Bilstein's the LE came with back in 1993!

    312390318_2484338541709174_1825196299311401770_n.jpg

Tire of choice was a Falken RT660 (195/60/14) because I plan to get some Autox events done!

Handling is a gigantic improvement over the 10 year old General Tires on it and body roll is almost not noticeable (I am sure on a autox circuit that will change).

More handling goodies are on the way!

It seems crazy to me that it was 2016. Still a phenomenal set of wheels, and they look great on a black car!

To spice up the interior a little and the chassis I went with a KG Works Harness Bar!

Love the look of it and it is a beefy boy. Entirely Stainless and fitment is perfect as expected.

    313424327_2496384760504552_6961817200409668749_n.jpg

I also picked up a Boss Daikei hub from Mr. Bill Wilner from Miata Roadster (Thank you Bill!) and an S-Special steering wheel from Chris Horne (Thank you Chris!).

Interior is coming along very nicely. Just need some seats (Have a pair on my radar ) and would like to get some floor mats because mine are pink at the moment!

For what it's worth: I have a set of Lloyd's Ultimat in black loop material (very OEM). I bought them for my white NA, but will use them in my red car now. The fitment is excellent, and prices are very reasonable.

They also offer several shades of red: https://lloydmats.com/ultimat-colors/#004

I think they will send samples, if you want to verify color match and carpet type... it's been a while, but that's what I did.

    Looking good, Marco!
