There's nothing funny about it man.

And I think it's worth high-lighting that you aren't entitled to constant on demand communication with him. The only thing you're entitled to is having your items purchased and shipped to you.

And you do understand this is just one guy right? One dude living in his house buying things up for god knows how many other people at once. I'm sure he has a lot on his plate with just that, and he has a regular job and his own life to live. Give the dude a break, especially since he's essentially asking a pittance for his services. Just take it easy and relax.

I do the same thing, I'll get PMs and emails from people about stuff they bought from me. When I have an update, I'll let them know. But I honestly won't spend my time writing up an email letting them know "there is no change".. especially when I was also dealing with 6 other orders at once at one point. Sometimes if I'm not dealing with too many people, I'll answer contacts pretty promptly as many will vouche.. other times when I'm busy.. I'll straight up ignore messages, which I'm sure a few here have experienced. But in the end they got their product, and that's what REALLY matters.

I've recieved some stuff from Rod within a week or so and others within a month. I usually hear back within a few days of an auction ending or an item shipping. Like DK said, a minute-by-minute update isn't going to make anything ship faster.

I don't think you're understanding the situation here. The thing is i haven't heard from him in close to four weeks since i sent him money. Now you may be okay with that but im not. I don't know what's going on and what the deal is. Now if i was let aware of why its taken so long just to get a reply back today i think i am entitled to probe for information. Even if its a mistake or a part was broken or just to say hey dude i forgot. I don't care. I do care when i send.close to 300 dollars and haven't heard a damn word in almost a month. Not a email nothing..
Now things were resolved by him today. I understand he does all of us a favor and i really appreciate the effort he puts towards his business.

    Anyone hear from Rod lately?

He usually responds pretty quick, but haven't heard back from him on a recent inquiry.

It's been a month since he's uploaded anything new in his site.
