Unfortunately I'm not going to Hurlburt anymore I'm stuck in the Azores until the med board clears me to leave. I was looking forward to it like you couldn't believe. Working at A6 was a dream come true compared to working in fixed comm.

Ugh, med boards. I got out in 2000 and they told be I couldn't get out until I was cleared by a med board. I hope you clear the boards soon. Maybe when you get cleared you will have even better options.

I’d love to stay in because it’s the first steady paying job that I’ve had. The extra pay benefits are also nice (BAS, BAH, COLA, etc.) and makes it easy to budget my expenses every month.
The only reason I'd opt out of fighting to stay in would be if the VA offered 50-60% disability. I know that’s a long shot, but a guy can hope lol Making half or more of what I make now would cover the cost of rent in most places in the Portland metro area. Finding a decent paying job wouldn't be too hard since I still have connections back home.

First time I've "seen" her since August.

Words can't express how much I miss her

I've been staring at that pic for at least 15 minutes and keep picturing GV tails.

Not sure. It could be a couple weeks or it could be a couple months. I'm hoping for the former.

Freshly installed. I let my brother install it because.... well.... he loves the miata as much as I do. I figured I'd let him turn a few wrenches and get his hands dirty.

and I did jizz my pants. Such an improvement over stock. Kimi has a nice bark now

RS Factory Stage. I won it off Yahoo Japan through Rod. I didn't want anything too aggressive (read: corksport, buddy club, RSR, etc) and this fit the bill nicely. It shouldn't draw too much attention on the street.

Keeping with the theme of pictureless updates; I picked up a few items over the past week.

I finally won an ARC chamber and picked up a set if mint M2 mirrors, both for a very good price. I'll eventually start putting stuff up for sale to try and recover some of the money I've spent.

    Right now the list has:

    1. S800s in good shape. Could use a polish.
    2. RS Products Type-1 HVAC panel
    3. Revlimiter Gauge: Type Revolver (MPH/KPH) with amber lighting.
    4. Carbing Tow Hook - Tentative
    5. Any random shizz that's still in my garage.

**disclaimer** - These are pics my buddy sent me last night after he detailed the car. Not a fan of the filters and some are blurry, but it's better than nothing.

    Now onto the pics

If someone has #helladope photoshop skills and wants to touch up the pics, feel free to do so.
