★★★★★ TRADERS SECTION RULES - MUST READ BEFORE POSTING ITEMS FOR SALE ★★★★★

    MAZDA RELATED TRADES ONLY

READ THE RULES HERE FIRST BEFORE YOU POST A FOR SALE OR TRADE THREAD:
    http://mazdaroadster.net/showthread.php?49

The MazdaRoadster Marketplace is a great place to get a good deal on many items for our Miatas. We provide these classified forums to our members as a benefit of MazdaRoadster membership. We have some common-sense rules outlined in the rules that we expect everyone to follow.

Anyone who does not comply with these rules will be warned and possibly banned from the classifieds or from MazdaRoadster. For your safety and the safety of others, please comply with the Classifieds rules and read the buyers advice at the end of the rules outlined. If you see anything suspicious or have a questionable sale sent to you via PM, please push the report a post button or contact a moderator.

    TRADERS SECTION

NOTE: Any trades that you arrange on our Message Boards are ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK and are SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TRADERS. MazdaRoadster.net takes no responsibility for uncompleted, dishonored, damaged, falsely represented, lost or otherwise unsatisfactory trades for items. Furthermore, MazdaRoadster.net does not offer legal recourse, arbitration, or any other resolution to conflicts arising from the trades conducted on our Boards. If there is a problem it is between you and the other party, do not ask the site Admins or Mods to get involved with disputes, we will not. Know that all trades are at your own risk, period.

There are a few more guidelines to note which are not included in the Forum rules at the top:

    1. It is against our rules to trade what is not in hand. Since you can not absolutely be guaranteed to get something, you can't offer it in good faith. You must have the item(s) that you are trading in your hand prior to posting. If you do not have an item in your hand -- such as from any upcoming sale or new item -- do not post a trade for it until you have received it (in hand). This rule applies to both trade Forums as well as to For Sale threads.

    2. Make sure you communicate each and every condition of your trade, describe the item thoroughly and honestly, and be fair in your offer. Also, make sure you understand all of this about the item(s) for which you are trading. Ask questions. Agree to all aspects of the trade from what for what, to when it will be sent, to how it will be sent, to how it will be packaged, to when feedback will be left. Have a reversal and return policy in case one or both parties are not satisfied with the item(s) they receive. Make sure you cover all your bases. Trade with the intent of making your trading partner a new friend!

    3. Check references carefully and diligently. Also research your trading partner, check their Feedback in the For Sale section and their post count on the forum. See if there is a good or bad trade history. Once that is done, set your conditions for the trade.

    4. As a general rule, no user should have more than two (2) trade Topics open at any one time in any Forum.

    5. If you don't like a trade offer that is posted, there is no need to hijack the Topic or flame the author. Just ignore it or simply post, "No thanks."

Again, you should check the feedback of your trading partner thoroughly, and proceed with caution. You trade at your own risk and are solely responsible for the outcome. Ask yourself these questions; are they a new member? or someone that has been here a long time, do they have a good feedback rating? Do your homework on the person you want to trade with, and if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

If a dispute arises, you must resolve it off of our Message Boards. There is no point in appealing to the Moderators or Administrators; we have no way of confirming or verifying condition or receipt or non-receipt of any items. Therefore, we will not become arbiters or advocates for any trade. However we will become involved in Board disputes by addressing the parties involved. So please keep disputes off the Boards and use the PM system. Also, if we do find that someone is scamming the members that person(s) will get banned, permanently.

Be honest, be clear, and be fair. Let's keep this a fun and safe place to trade and enjoy our hobby.

In this Forum, you may offer trades of Mazda related products for other Mazda Related products only unless otherwise noted by Admin.

    Thank you, and happy trading!

Again, in case you missed it, the Complete Rules for our Classifieds sections is here, READ THEM! :
