The interior in it's current shape. The only thing not listed above that's in this picture is the horn button. Which actually came from eBay, and then I ordered an insert from Revlimiter that fit perfectly and looks superb!

This was the mounting solution I came up with for the seat. Some high quality "L" brackets from Lowe's, cut and drilled. and then eventually Plastidipped black. They hold the seat in place quite well, and are an inexpensive solution to mounting. Are they the best in the world? No. However I'm confident in them.
I'll continue to update this thread as best I can, however the entirety of the build is over at DFWmazdas. I want to keep this one more clean and concise.

Here's a little teaser of what is to come soon. Test fit a set of wheels this evening that a friend is selling.

They look good! Although a little funny on stock suspension. Coilovers are next on the list to be checked off.

Such a nice clean platform to start with. Is that the original Crystal White paint? If so, stay away from using any high pressure washers directly on the paint. The crystal whites are prone to paint pealing (ask me how I know ).

Oh. I found out the hard way on the trunk (it's been repainted).
Eventually the whole car will see a respray, as well as get all the dents and dings filled. But for now, I'll make do with why I've got.

More Goodies!
I somehow worked out a deal with my Father that in exchange for helping him out with his business, I got food, gas, and car parts! Well, one car part.
Fancy shmancy polished Valve cover!

I'll likely pair it up with a project-G/Revlimiter oil cap. Prototipo of course

So I've long stated that I love my Fitipaldi's that are currently mounted on Betsy. However after deciding moar grip was necessary. I was on the hunt. For a wheel that:
-Looked good
-was 15x7
-Fit within the car's fenders.
After searching, trying to purchase two different sets of wheels. I was feeling rather down on my luck. I had cash in hand, an idea in my head, and no clue where to turn. Then Stormtrooper6 (Nick) came to my aid.
Enter: The Kosei K6R
K6R.jpg
These things are great! They're lightweight, enough so that I can pick one up with one hand, pretty effortlessly, and wave it around as easily as one would imagine with a wheel for a Go-kart.
They are still yet to be mounted. However, I couldn't wait to post pictures here any longer. They just look so good!

Update? Update. As a College student who values food and convenience over trips to the grocery store. Building a car is hard, so is discipline. But Birthdays and Girlfriends help check boxes off the list. Now, she won't buy me coilovers or tires, but cosmetic bits are always nice.
I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to get my pictures oriented the right way. I'm sorry.
BADGES! Revlimiter Badges actually. I swear, I'll eventually have his entire store on my car.
I ordered a keychain a while back from Adam, and then a horn button insert to match (See above), I then realized that A nose and rear badge would complete the look.
Well, nothing is ever complete, but this is close...ish.

Sharka said thank you for the order.

Matchy matchy
With Betsy being a 1990, I didn't have to remove any old emblems. So I got to place the badge where I wanted to, without having to cover up any existing holes or faded paint.
IMG_9071.jpg
A few more of the installed badge!

I'm happy with the quality, I'm happy with placement, I'm happy with the look! One step closer to a finished Miata.
Next step really needs to be tires and suspension.
