The EPA is a joke. No one holds them accountable when they themselves create an evironmental mess, but they can go around fining and regulating everyone else. This law is just another way for them to limit people's freedom in order to justify their own existence.

I dunno why my post was deleted. If you want to prevent the EPA te regulate modding cars you need to sign the Petition. That was my point.
