Man.... I haven't posted in a long time!
Let's get everyone caught up.
Shortly after installing the NOPRO bumper, I decided it wasn't low enough for my liking. It didn't match the height of my side skirts. I contacted APR performance and sent them a cardboard template for a splitter. I wanted the corners to have a different shape from the bumper.
2 weeks later I got my custom splitter!!!
After installing the front splitter, I decided to go to a car meet and in route my splitter decided to tear off in the highway! The front bumper shook violently...luckily I was near a exit and was able to slow down quickly. The APR splitter only came with 9 bolts and washers for the install. Once I ran out of hardware I decide to use regular screws along the edge of the bumper. These smaller screws were the ones that ultimately failed and ripped off. My NOPRO bumper got some stress cracks on the paint. Especially over the repair area I had worked on previously. Oh well, things could of gone worst.
This pic is from that day. I had to drive back home under 40 mph.
I really like how the splitter looks with the NOPRO canards. Super Aggressive!
Here's more pics from a talented local photographer.
Ever since the accident on the rear of the car I've decided to do a makeover even though cosmetically the damage wasn't too bad.
Here's a list of parts I'm hoarding at the moment.
1) Integral Kobe N1 Spec Muffler Ver3
2) Jet Stream Clubman R Rear Side Fins in carbon fiber.
3) Jet Stream Rear Bumper Lower Diffuser with carbon fiber fins.
This is the look I'm going for.
