Currently, regular Treasure Hunts are no different than the normal versions of a car with the exception of a small circle flame logo somewhere on the car. A Super Treasure Hunts have Spectraflame paint and Real Riders wheels.
The Super Treasure Hunt Toyota 2000 GT doesn't have a circle flame logo, but it does have "TH" on the right rear corner of the hatch. Not sure if a "TH" is in place of the circle flame logo on all Super Treasure Hunts as I've only found the one so far.
And every time I'm in Wal-Mart, I check the Hot Wheels to see if any new stock has come in. I usually check the Wal-Mart of the town over too when I'm there on Wed. for comics. Still looking for an Enterprise. I've got I think at least 2 extra regular 2000 GTs.
Good tips to know. I wasn't sure what to look for in the 2000GT and I've seen a lot of them here.
When you see it you WILL KNOW when its a Super Treasure Hunt, its really a night and day difference in person.
Ah, NOW I know what to look for. Thanks!
BTW, I'll be there on Wednesday if you want the VW bus and Batmobile
I think you guys need to have a set up like this at the next Miatapalooza!

I'll be the one that says it, those people drove into that the wrong direction. Just saying, if you're going to do it, at least face your car the right way.
That would be pretty easy to do actually, I work with several sign shops so I'm sure one of them would be able to create that, heck we could even make it into a photobooth! So that when you leave you can take a photo of your own car hahhaha
props for accuracy!!
Error car.....worth double!
If it had been a Matchbox card, sure, they would have been fine. Which really, considering the cars in those photos, would have been far more accurate.
I remember a comedian making the comparison between the two as something like the following, "you rode to the store in something that you could get from Matchbox, but you went home with a Hot Wheels."
So far, here's my Retro Entertainment series collection.
And the current Zamac series, only missing numbers 3, 5, and 11.
Have been looking for the K.A.R.R. and the Smokey & the Bandit car with no luck, ugh.
And wow all the ZAMACs!!!! Awesome!
I found these last night at Walmart, pretty sure they had been picked through by the local collectors, but at least I got some that I wanted.
