It's effectively an FM No Electronics kit:

Do you want the Flyin` Miata turbo hardware, but have a different idea of engine management? Not a problem, we`ll sell our systems without any electronics so you can fill in the blanks.

No-electronics kits get the same good stuff as our FM II, just with the boost controller, ECU and injectors taken out of the package. There`s normally no provision for a mass air flow sensor. Contact us if you need that option. Please note that these kits are not safe for your engine as-is, they will need some sort of fuel and timing control.
I've got a lot less horsepower - luckily they are Japanese horses - usually in better shape and more motivated.

    Randy,

From what I understand, the only difference in the Voodoo II and FM II is the electronics. Since I have no ECU or injectors, the new owner could go either way.

The downpipe is standard in all of their kits (+$ if you upgraded to their larger size), but yes, the SS lines, catch can, ducting, and BOV can be value extras.
