RS Products (Japan)

Anyone bought anything directly from RS Products in Japan? They've taken my order about 10 days ago, up until I make payment, they replied to my questions promptly, right after i paid ($545), they've gone poof! Even sent them email asking if they still exist with no reply. Working with Japanese before, this seems unusual since they always take time to respond. I am only assuming that they have filled up the order and now making the instruments. They had only a limited numbers to fill so I guess they are busy making it. Any personal experience with direct dealing with be appreciated as a feedback.

They said there are only a limited number of orders and its almost full but see if you can still get in for this year production. I got this:

Thats off the shelf orders. You are correct, ive made custom order and emailed the specific requirement (for example, I dont like the MG type needles) but they didn't confirm. Im now worried that they go ahead and make the generic one. My friend's wife is Japanese, i'm going to visit them this weekend and have her call Japan and see if she can confirm my order with correct specifications. Language is always a barrier when dealing online.

I have dealt with them a few times and they were prompt with delivery. I know they are flat out busy at the moment based on my last conversation around a month ago.

ive ordered direct from them. youll get your products eventually. it took about 2 weeks for them to ship mine out.
