From my experience, I regret selling my supercharged Merlot. In other words, keep your car unless you need the extra space.

I sold mine after 12 years of ownership. I bought it back last summer, rebuilt it. There are few items I have not touched.
If I ever traded My Miata. It would be for another Miata. If things work out The one I have now will one day belong to my son.
I agree. I fell in love with the first Miata I drove, a white 1992 affectionately dubbed "the Tic Tac". So when I moved further from my work, and the gas bill for my Avalanche was eating me alive, I picked up a 2006 with low miles. Now my commute is often the best part of my day. The only acceptable substitute for Miata is Miata.
I just sold my NA last Friday . because of my size and age and how low the car was I was having a hard time entering and exiting the car. If I miss the car I know exactally where it is and I'm sure the new owner would let me drive it again. I got a great value for my car it was the only way I would sell it . I haven't really missed it yet and since I used all the money from the sell to purchase go fast parts for the miatas replacement I have been fine about the sale.

Do I miss my old cars? Sometimes. But they come and go. Every sale leads to a new project. Every new project is a new opportunity to make something cool
