Here to confirm something...

When you start the I-40 in Barstow, there is a sign that reads "Wilmington, NC 2554 miles"
I saw it's sister sign on Sunday, leaving Wilmington:

"Barstow, CA 2554 miles"

Have now travelled the entire length of the I-40.
