I like seeing 'old' Sharka. It's like seeing an old friend and being reminded of why you liked them so much.

OK, if want to know how I did the dash in Project Ronin. . .you can find the basics here
I like the car either way. But I can understand where you are coming from, I went back and forth on what direction I wanted to take my 96 Miata, then got frustrated and parted it out. (mistake)
I am having a hard time modifying my cars right now for fear that I will go through that phase again of parts on, parts off, parts on, parts off. But you kinda have to go through that stage in order to get the car the way YOU want it, and not how others want to see it, get it "Just Right" for you and just be happy mon.
Nope! I never tried to get in because I was pretty sure I'd fail. From conversations in the past, I've come to believe I'm not Gary's favorite person. I thought he ran MOTM and would therefore delete my submission immediately. I didn't know it was Keith who ran it.
I've done the revolving door thing with some parts trying to find the right look. I'm more concerned with the details and overall flow, than needing the big, fancy, flashy stuff. That's something I've taken from Sharka over the years.
Adam always seems to make improvements to Sharka no matter what he adds, removes, modifies, etc. I was a fan of the rocker stripes only because I thought they complemented the large stripe. I will admit it is a cleaner look without them. Might just take some getting used to.
Hopefully, those racing stripe will come off too. Car looks good as always though.

Sharka's sides look naked now..........it'll take time for me to adjust to the new, er..old look.

Kind of funny that they're gone.
I just had our painter design some stripes for one of our cars and gave him a picture of Sharka as inspiration.
