I like them foglights a lot; just pay attention to your coolant temp as they seemingly block a good portion of the opening. Regarding the silicone coupler, I think you could trim a bit the part...

I like the new plans a lot! Not sure on the wheels, as this is a 90s build.. and IMO the ultimate 90s wheels would be a set of 3-spoke Advans or something.
