How much for that DDMWorks radio thingy ????
Loved your car at Lakeland.
Planing the same engine swap as yours in the mot too distant future.
Golf claps all round to all organizers and volunteers.
Job well done, guys and gals.
I've never seen so many little rice burners in one spot and all of them cool looking.
Wicked.
Excited ??
Why, what's going on ??
Did I miss something ??
Best dash I have ever seen in a Miata
Oh, he's a life long member but we don't discriminate. After all, we drive Miatas.
Pffftttt 3 at least.
Inside out than front to back, yo.
Too late ?
It's only a hop skip and a jump away.
Pack a snack and a clean pair of undergarments and roll out, son.
Daytona would be nice.
300+ cutesy convertibles on the beach. Just think of the photo op.
that or the track.
Run to the room ?
Damn, that must be some great shine.
I'm running 4.5" front and back yet the alignment guy still struggled to get 1.7* camber in the rear. Maybe he just sucked.
I'd like to run a bit lower but with the Koni/GC setup I need a bit more...
2 questions.
How do you get so much camber out of your car especially in the rear ?
I'm about to run the RS3's for the first time (until now I've ran the Kumho XS's), why did you not run a lower...
Will they give out SpecMiata test drives in the parking lot ? I'll bring some cones.
Oh yeah.
13B with or without the turbo. I'm easy.
That's a nice little run through the city. :encouragement:
Better yet, DON'T BUY THE BRA !!!!!
Not only are they f@cking ugly, they guarantee to ruin the paint that they claim to protect.
I'm with you. I also run 205/50/15's on my car as well as some 225's but for the street, give me a dinky Daisy and my 1.6L LSD stays happy. It's a lot more tossable to boot.
And mine had 185's.
How would adding bigger high performance tires add stress to aging components, you ask ?
In many ways, added mass and traction, just to name the most obvious ones.
Sunny you say that since you misread my first one.
Yeah but the RS3 will give me the best traction in the Florida heat and the fastest lap times.
Guess I prefer to drive on my tires, not pose for pictures with them.
and I'd pick the 225 RS3.
Funny thing this free will, isn't it.
That's a joke, right ?
A 185 all season on some Daisys loads up just like a 205 summer tire on 15's ?
Really ?!
What tires are you looking at specifically ?
BTW, for the street I prefer stock sized wheels and tires. Keeps the car playful without overstressing components.
It's free to watch.
Damn, really wanted to run the track but just don't have all my gear ready.
