This is my new plan for this year. I'm planning on document the build in this thread.

3,000 rpm - starting to feel the power
This will surely win, but piggy needs some aviator goggles for those ludicrous speeds.

Cut the wood already.

5,000 rpm - there be torque here!
Great design, however, will it sit on the track correctly? Do they not have to straddle a center rail?

Yea, the front wheels will straddle the center rail. The rear wheel will have to ride on the rail itself. We don't go by official rules, so little things like this are excused.

Started building the clay parts.

Idling - Listen to it purr...
That thing is super cool. But...
I still dont think it is going to go straight. Maybe put a couple wire guides coming off the sides or bottom to keep the rear in track.

6,000 rpm - mere mortals would shift
So awesome! Is the exhaust made of a bendy straw?

Lol yup. Bought a whole pack just to use 2. I'll be drinking beer out of a bendy straw for months now.

2,000 rpm - light wheelspin, no bog here!
haha, they will come in handy if you ever get sick and have to stay home. Drinking liquids while laying down.
