sent my wheel out today to get un-bent..

sending my one black racing br-r out today to get unbent. happened 2 years ago.. sending it to wheelflip.com. seemed reasonable and really nice via email, so we'll see.. bye bye bend!!

Were you driving around on that bent wheel for 2 years? There wasn't a local place that could fix it? Well let us know if they do a good job for the price.

couldn't find a local place that wanted to touch it.. it's all good. it bent the rim enough for it to not hold air, so i wasn't driving on it.

yeah, if you go to there site there is some really impressive work! i feel like i'm wasting there time almost with what they could do.. i was tempted to spend money and get them all re-lipped an extra two inches making them 15x8's, but couldn't deal with the $1000.. i'd just buy new cheap wheels for that.. maybe one day.. until then, i'll just be "hella sunk" and "old school".. and i'll be happy about it, dammit.

i will be honest. i'm not happy... they won't return my emails, said it was going to be shipped out on the 2nd... i called last week, said they had to "pick it up".. i've been probably too polite. this is getting ridiculous.. anyone in cali want to go pick it up for me? i don't even think they have it yet. i'm going to call them today and be a little more angry.. i'm not amused.

sorry i didn't update this. they sent my wheel out on the 28th after calling and apologizing to me on the phone. i guess the owner called me and told me that if i wanted to i could send the other 3 to them and have them polish the lips for free.. i have a feeling i'm going to have to do that because i have a feeling they mirror polished the one that was bent.. didn't really plan on it and would prefer to not have to send 3 back.. we'll see. i should be getting my wheel on monday. thanks guys for offering to swing by for me. . about to open a can of my little pony whoopass on them.
