I've already bought and installed Hella optilux 3000k fog light bulbs, hids for the headlights coming in the mail, and I've made an appointment for the window tints to be done next Saturday morning. I'm thinking 20% on side and rear windows. Will look great with the black paint...
^ That's good, I'm just getting the Euro headlight conversion kit for my 96. I almost got the Club, but ended up getting a Rabbit for commute and the extra room since I already have a 2-seater. You should be cool with simple Bolt-ons for your NC. The NC I drove recently was noticeably faster compared to my 96, you could tell the power difference right away. Hopefully I can throw in a turbo when I sell my other car. I'm going to Laguna Seca this year, a turbo would increase the excitement. I noticed you are from NY, Monticello Motor Club would probably your best track.
