I gave 140 shipped for the pair, don't really want to show my nasty engine bay..but here it is, still needs more cleaning and more paint work.

Finally starting to cool down here in the Valley of the Sun. (AKA the surface to the sun)
I made a place for the hardtop to live for the winter. (wife hated me putting it in the living room)

Those look really nice! Sharp and classy without looking "blingy" in a ricer kind of way.

Plastidipped my DDM enclosure...I like the look a bit better than the stainless, but don't know if it would look better body color or not...anyone painted theirs?

Started installing these parts (TSE thermostat neck delete kit) that have been sitting in the shelves. The problem is it links to more parts needed so another waiting game for this coolant reroute project.

Oh also while waiting for the clamps and extra hoses I forced my lazy self to make this reroute more like OEM so I finished up the look of the front lower head cover by doing this....

then a little bit of paint work....

Picked the BRG up from the bodyshop. Repaired rocker panels, both sides, rear arches and window frame. And I got a new window <3

Looks nicely done, but... is there some orange peel or is it because of the angle?

Finally found some time to install the NA6 dash, and... it didn't go well. First of all, i couldn't make the carpet fit perfectly, especially around the transmision tunnel. Then, my pop-ups won't work, even though hazard lights work flawlessly.

I have to make some adjustments to the center console, because i have to fit the central locking box thing below it, and it won't allow it to sit flat on the transmision tunnel. I must make some adjustments there too.

And then, I had to quit early because my foot was killing me, I just put the soft top back on and called it a day. Went to sleep for some good 3 hours, for my father to wake me up to tell me I had forgoten my headlights on. Of course, battery is dead.

    Fml...

    1) Changed oil.
    2) Cleaned the swamp out of my trunk caused by massive leaks from my new tail light panel.
    3) Took the opportunity, to install some sound deadener in my trunk.
    4) Bought all new weatherstripping for... Everywhere.
    5) Drove... Everywhere... To try and find a shop that will fix my new tail light panel so that it will actually do something crazy, like fit.
    6) Wallowed in sadness over the plethora of body shops that refuse to touch my new tail light panel because it is too "messed up" and there is "no hope of fabricating it to fit"
    7) Found someone who does all the fiberglass work for local race teams, (supposedly best in town (recommended by his own competition)), says he can fix my $400 tail light panel for $450 without paint... $840 with paint.
    8) Died a little inside...
    9) Sat in my car in my driveway and contemplated life.
    10) Decided to paint my RetroModern cup holder to make myself feel better.
