Show me your door pulls :-)

    Hi everyone,

The more I drive my miata the more I love it. But Im beginning to realize that my fat ass and hips would be happier if I could find a few extra inches of space. I have a 1994 miata with the '94-'95 specific short door handle but it got me thinking that a simple door pull would likely give me all the room that I need. So, that being said, does anybody have installed door pulls on their miatas? If so, lets see them. I would also love to know if you made them or bought them somewhere as I will be considering both options ( maybe even a build your own door pull thread :-). Thanks for any input!

I have seen some real nice examples of DIY door pulls. I guess I have been lucky that the NB door handles aren't intrusive. I definitely want to see what people post.

Love the steering wheel in your avatar picture!

I have the InJoy pulls as well, but sent them to RetroModern to be knurled, cause I liked the look better.

I don't have installed shots, but here's what the finished product looks like Untitled by demon1am

RetroModern door pull caps with simple cloth straps. Some day I will upgrade the straps to red leather; maybe with contrasting stitching a la theothersawyer.
