I may throw an ad on CL, just to see if there's interest. I already have the rear-end sold, whenever it comes out. The alt and starter are practically new, so I'll just box them up for when the current ones go bad.

If no one wants the body by the time I'm ready to chop it up, then we'll have some fun with a Sawzall. I looked in to saving the rear quarters, but that looks to be a PITA to remove properly. Plus they need a lot of storage space.

My miata is going into the shop next monday . if its done by Halloween I can come give you more help if you would like. My wife is going to be out of town most of the day and she will have her car or I would just drive it. But just let me know if you need the hel . With the amount of stuff we removed in just those few short hours we could have that car finished on Halloween .

IF the tub is definitely going to be scrapped, just get evertything off you want to store/sell, then use a sawzall to cut and quarter the tub into smaller 1-2 person chunks. if you life the body up a little, off the PPF and subframes, start cutting it in 1/4s. Drain the fuel, brake fluid, AC, first. Cut the car in 1/2, sill to sill, then length wise.

Completely agree with this...with 3 people, and everything un-bolted, can easily cut it in half and lift the halves off of the drivetrain...no need for the PPF to be saved anyways if you nick it...
