    Newbie needs help.. (horn)

I just want to start off by saying I have no idea how to wire or do anything electrical, but I am a fast learner and know how to work on a car...

So I just got a miata a week ago (1992) and there is an air horn installed but the wiring is all wack.. One wire is grounded on it and the other wire (positive) went all the way to the inside where there was this weird relay looking thing with a smoked screen on the other side (looked like a touch screen type of button) that had 2 other wires on it but are super short and don't go anywhere... And then there was a red wire mashed up with the other wires and I can't find out where this red wire goes cause I would have to take out my dash but I'm assuming the battery.... I honestly just need help to wire my horn! I have watched videos and can't seem to figure it out since he left me with nothing... Thanks!
I will try to post some pictures soon!

Forgot to mention he does have an aftermarket wheel so there isn't a button on it!

Pictures would definitely help. Check any fuses and even the horn relay.

This sounds like your problem, I would start here first, get a Horn button and a horn button retainer ring to ground it.

Horn button looks similar to this.
