I look at this thread and am like...DAMN I wouldn't even pick up an LE now...because it would end up dreaming of looking like yours...and when it does - it would simply be a copy.
Bravo man...bravo.
I'll stay over here and continue working on my NB1 Always looking out for an infamous and clean Montego Blue NA.

Time for a LONG overdue update...............
Because Miatapalooza took up ALL my free time recently, and so Ive been neglecting this thread.
Here is some upgrades I got done just before Miatapalooza.
Transporting the Harddog Rollbar in the Mazdaspeed3 to get installed in Kirin the Miata
Untitled by Randy George, on Flickr
Sat the bar in for a test fit and realized I have to do some more cutting on the back shelf
93 LE miata by Randy George, on Flickr
pulled out the instructions to see where I need to trim
93 LE miata by Randy George, on Flickr
it is only minor cutting to fit the rollbar in the back shelf area

Removing the seat belt tower sections

Lining up the lower section of the seat belt tower and the rollbar, perfect fit, going smooth almost too easy, props to Jeff the Ninja for helping me out, all my tools are in storage so I drove to his shop to use his air tools.

......... here it is sitting the Miata, I left the padding on the bar so that if we ran into problems and need to remove it, I dont scratch it.
93 LE miata by Randy George, on Flickr
First bump in the road was the seat belt tower bolts would not line up, aaaahhhhhhggg
93 LE miata by Randy George, on Flickr
Had to grind out the hole a bit more to one side to get it to line up, which sucked because we had been working on the car for several hours and then we hit this snag
93 LE miata by Randy George, on Flickr
Getting it in was not fun because I have ABS lines that are in the way, but its in now
so its unplugged and moved until I can reinstall it
93 LE miata by Randy George, on Flickr
under the car now and putting the nuts on the underside of the Miata
93 LE miata by Randy George, on Flickr
here is the other side of the Miata, you can see I had to use a 3/4" hole saw to cut open a new hole just forward of the bar plates to put the ABS Brake line through

put the car back in the garage, was going to install the RS*R Exhaust but just too darn tired, so saved that for another day, this was taken before I retapped the seatbelt tower bolt holes, hence why they are not bolted up.

My buddy "Mazda Mike" flew in for Miatapalooza all the way from Alaska, now thats some Mazda devotion hahahah. Mike was nice enough to help me install the RS*R Exhaust and help me relax a bit, I was pretty stressed out prior to Miatapalooza. Mike a super cool dude, some of you guys probably got a challenge coin from him at Miatapalooza or at the TBM Pre-Palooza meet at Ricks on the River.

Here a shot of the Nakamae vs the Lotus seats recovered in Nakamae sexiness from Chase's Miata, matches my centerless console perfectly

Now THAT's how you make a come back for a build thread!!!
I can't imagine what Palooza took out of you, I hope you've managed to recuperate. Thanks yet again for putting on such an amazing event!
Funny to think I'd already seen all the updates in person but appreciate hearing more of the detail.
