Quick question how do you modify factory NB needles to be white? I am curious how this is done.

You do not...NB needles are white in stock form, NB2 ones are red (at least the EU spec ones). However I believe there are details on painting needles in Adams' website.

Yup. All 99-00 cars came with white needles. The rest of the NBs came with red.
