I'm new to forum and Miatas. What is a good shock to goes with these springs? How old/miles on the springs?

Bilsteins would be a good pairing with these.

With a small drop, you COULD run stock shocks, but I'd recommend Bilsteins or similar. I ended up running the Bilsteins that I intended to use with these on stiffer springs.
