    Little comparison photo shoot.

White one is a custom replica i did of my current miata. One of my first customs.

Pretty cool that hot wheels miata are both the approximate size like in real world. Matchbox miata is a bit larger. Detail in both are awesome.

Hot wheels miata has intercooler, tow hook, diffuser, hood latches that are part of casting and tampoed over. Cant wait to get more to customize( cut that ugly wing off)

As soon as I get an extra ND, I'm going to shave off that park bench.

Same here. Going to trim front splitter a bit too. Maybe do a wheel swap with the matchbox wheels or real riders.

No doubt. Doesn't show much respect from Hot Wheels. They make 70s clunkers with more attention to detail despite a dwindled, geriatric demographic more interested in oatmeal than toy cars and then shove this abomination that never existed on us.

I don't think its an abomination lol Its pretty well done minus the wing. I would have much rather seen a little ducktail. Just glad they made a new Miata.

I've made a few decent little finds over the past couple of weeks. I need to get some pics. I was able to finally find 3 of the Japan Historics, the ECTO1 and ECTO1A 2 pack, and a few ZAMACs. Also some good mainline cars, but I've already opened all of them. The Japan Historics and ECTOs were also opened. I also caved and bought the other 2 Japan Historics off ebay.

I'm not as on top of the Hot Wheels as you are. But keep me in the loop for a Wilbur's run! I want to meet your gang. I have no gang yet. But missed a meeting with a 350 auto swapped '93 Saturday because I was off.

And Adam has sent me a sealed Porsche and Bimmer that I have yet to play with. Want to. But must resist. Randy sent me an RX-7 unwrapped. As of yet have not pulled out the 30+ feet of track to see if it gets to top speed.

The current rumor is that they will be Hobby Only in the US now. If you want them, probably best to order them from an online vendor, just in case. Or call a friend in Canada where they are actually starting to hit at retail.

    Sunday found this:

Card on the right is a SuperTH card but with a mainline in it:

    Monday netted me this:

    Tuesday morning I found these:

And then a buddy found the Ghostbusters Retro 2-pack and decided to toss a RAOK on top of it:

I've got a lot less horsepower - luckily they are Japanese horses - usually in better shape and more motivated.
