    Just slide them under.

Might not be the best for the polished pistons to be out in the open for an entire winter storage. Stands to hold it and the lift collapsed would be better.

I sat in the car with it fully raised. As long as you are on level ground and know how to properly set a lift you are good to go. I wouldn't have a second thought about a trans./clutch/flywheel swap with this lift. BendPak is a well known and long lived maker of automotive lift systems.

Hey RustRat! It was in the video but wanted to give you a clear shot of the 'Marriage' coozy. Single life = more Miata goodies. LOL

Better get them quick! The new version 5K# is not Miata friendly. Only the older version. And those are on sale till gone. $1095 shipping incl. to the lower 48.

Word of advice. Go with the 12V DC. It is faster and you can use it at the track!

Just a side note to the Feal install.

I finally went through AllPass' (Ryan's) Miata to track car build. Had to pace myself on that one. Lots of info.

I now run mine around town on 5 off soft. Tried his 2. Wanted the higher teens. But with the open-diff. and stock HP she is good with the 5-off for now.

Hahahaha! First thing I saw in the morning, made my day.

Also the lift kicks butts! Wish I had one of these working on the car.

Hey Rick approximately how heavy are those lifts individually? Will they work with my 2014 Honda CRV and Mazda 5? This will be a major reason I can get the wife to vote yes LOL. And you bought them from FM shipped for $1095? Did you get the 12v? Also I am about 4" high from the pitch weld will this fit under the car?

The shipping weight on the entire package was stated at 180# US.

At 150#. Six-feet. And not on the work-out thread they are easily placed as long as you are knowledgable about lifts and usage.

The main reason I went with the out-going 5000# lift is it was usable with the Miata and with the Outback and Legacy. As long as your weight is less than 5000# it should be good to go. They ship it with blocking to do normal height cars. On the CRV you might want to inquire about the extensions.

Did they deliver the lift to your house? The tracking number they sent me shows the shipment going to a terminal nearby.
See below. Are these the same part numbers that you ordered and received? One part number may be different since I ordered the 110V pump.
My tracking email that I received says it weighs more. Here is the copy & paste from the shipping information

I had mine shipped to my work as we have regular truck drops there. If it is coming to your home request a drop-gait truck unless you have a long-bed pick-up to slide it off in.

    I missed a point.

I did go with the 12V DC pump.

Reasons are it is twice as fast as the 110 AC and you can hook it to your tow vehicle or deep-cycle battery at the track.

    To add to the fun...

I bought a lot of PVC 90, 45, hub-less shielded couples and straight pipe. I'm going to not tell y'all about the PVC saw and hole-saw just to keep you guessing.

Oh how timing has its ups and downs!

First off our beloved Adam went all Sharksgiving on us and I bit too soon on gauges. But the customer-centric nut case that he is took care of me in ways he will never understand.

Noir has been on a pure black build. I ordered Konig centers in gold to match the hidden Swift springs for the dial-ins. But mostly she is Noir.

When I sent him the order on the F1's for Noir he read back through my build and sent me an Eleanor Momo horn and key ring in black and blue. My late fiancee's eyes were blue. May be luck or just fate. Thanks Adam.

Secondly is the fact that families have gathered and had a great holiday. Now I have a helluva-cold. I don't want it spread thru work for the next six-months. And It could have come from my healthy 'phews or my sickly in-laws. No one knows.

But what I do know is that if you leave a home ridden Rick alone with the ability to transfer money on Cyber Monday wallets cringe.

No one-week build threads here. That week is for 'Palooza! But there are soon to be updates and installs.

    Peace!
    ... Rick
