I see what you mean. But I am a pussy. Too afraid to take apart my cluster, without knowing I have a back up plan.

Maybe if I can find some spare time... I don't even know how to tear apart this damn thing.

haha, NB cluster is a walk in a park, unclip the lens and you're done! NA is worse, follow the directions in following posts EDITED!!

There's NA and NB version, Rev has both of them (and yes, it fits NB2)

Heated up mine on, checking it every couple minutes to see if I could get the lens off, I couldn't. The lens warped and I still wasn't able to get it off. Made a thread, everyone said not to heat, slice along the glued edges with an xacto. So, you might want to consider altering your directions.
