    Looking for 94-05 axles

I'm looking for a pair of axles, anywhere from a 1994 to a 2005, hopefully with the axle nuts and c-clips. Thanks.

You can get one piece axles from a parts store for about $80 each. The one piece ones are a bit harder to put in though.

The only problem with that is I'm doing a 1.8 diff swap on my 1.6. The auto parts store won't take the 1.6 axles as the core for the 1.8 axles I need. So I don't really want to swallow the $100 core charge. I'd like to try to buy them off someone before I pull them from the wreaking yard because that's 600 miles round trip for me.

^ I'm not sure the parts store would know the difference between 1.6 and 1.8 axles

Get ABS axles, They're cheaper and the core is only $5.
I just got one last week.

This is for 1pc, although I prefer 2pc.

Yeah, that's what I might have to do. I can't believe the core price is $50 for the non-abs.

You can always knock those rings off with a rubber mallet if you want. I left them on as they don't affect anything.

Yup, that's what I'm probably going to do.
