    just a poorman

Hey guys, I heard this place was pretty chill. I an avid user of RS25.com. Loved the people. I heard this place is more relaxed and less troll-y. I like the auto-save feature i see in the lower right. That's rad.

Anyway, I have a 91LE BRG. Picked it up a couple years ago when my Mini Cooper S was down (as it tends to do). It was a cheap car and always wanted one. Such an incredibly slow and amazing driving experience. Very different than my 400hp first gen impreza. Different but great.

Had a bit of bumpy start with her. Someone stole the hardtop the first month I brought her home. Paint on the rear bumper flaked off and a couple people backed into the front of her. She's very loud and has some miles.

But hopefully the luck will change.

Have some immediate plans for her. Hope to be sharing soon.

    cheers

    poorman

Welcome!! Lots of 91 BRG owners here. You will fit right in.

Sorry about your hardtop. I think most of that nonsense seems to happen in CA though. Not common in my area.

Did the miata come with those Enkei wheels? Looks great.

Welcome, that's right it's pretty chill here. Sorry about your hardtop! My friend's HT was stolen like a month ago. It's very common here in NorCal, but thieves are everywhere.

BRG is a pretty color, it's also hard to find in good condition. Good luck on your BRG, there are many upgrades you can do to the car for cheap which is great!

I'd love to be rich enough to wire a disposable Miata with 20lbs of C4 to the hard top and just wait for the boom.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. Good to have a forum. Makes me a bit more motivated having an outlet share the story and also the hardships.

BRGGC seems like my cup of tea.

    cheers
