Yep. Also bought a radiator cooling panel (or whatever that fancy thing is that tries to keep air coming past the radiator). We'll see if it fits with my big ol' aftermarket unit #innuendo

It was a pleasant day for January, and I have been driving it in the rain a bit, so it was time for a good bath and vacuum. This car always cleans up well.
This gave me time to mull future plans for this year, a sort of state of the union.
I dont know how much time I will be spending at the track this season. Instead, I would like to address the hardtop and repaint it. I would also like to address some of the weather stripping, particularly around the windshield and doors.
Speaking of the doors, I will be trying to adjust the left door. It closes a little odd and I want to have close easier.
I would also like to paint the front spoiler. I am not sure if I will do the paint work or shop it out. I am considering picking up another rear bumper and painting it to match as well. Of course, if I paint, I will use clearcoat, so I may try to refurbish the headlights.
I would keep the existing bumper and cut it for track use.
I am also very interested in the front brake upgrades from 949Racing. Their system uses the ND rotors, a nifty boxed attachment for multi-pot calipers, and comes in at a very reasonable price.
Additionally, I will be keeping my eyes out for another chaste white hood and trunk. These would used for track days with modifications for heat extraction and further aero improvements.
Finally, I would like very much to replace the windshield. Mine is original to the car and is showing its age and mileage. It would be very helpful to see clearly at night.
Beyond this, there will likely be other items Ill address according to time, motivation, and opportunity. A lot of little things that probably only I notice but would like to fix.
Oh, I would also like to try ceramic coating the paint, too.

Synthetic 5-30. Club store oil. Its a Miata, brah, not an exotic high performance car. Deal with it.
Ramps, pan, etc.
Charlie gave me a bunch of these when we met up in 19.
Time for the Toyota.
Warming the oil by idling the car.
Synthetic 5-30 oil, OEM filter cartridge, oil filter housing removal tool.
Ramps, pan, and cardboard.
Oil filter housing is the cylinder thing on the left, drain plug a little to the right of that.
A little sloppy, but not too bad. About 45 minutes to an hour to do both cars.
