Seat belt problems, help!

I've been having trouble finding a way to mount my seatbelts back on. The previous owner had a roll bar installed and when they did it, they cut off the seat belt brackets. I'll post some pictures so if any of you could take a look and be able to help out, it would be much appreciated!

Take the plastic black panel off, then remove the roll bar, and you should see the cubby hole it goes into

Alright, I'll give that a shot when I get home. I take it the seatbelts will be able to be mounted even with the roll bar installed?
