They were just fitted using double sided tape. The paint that is peeling was from the factory. These parts were fitted to a run of seats variously called Option or Driving seats. The plastic furniture looks like its standard, but was moulded in white, and painted black. I think these were actually made up from prototype or preproduction parts, since short run prototype parts are typically made in white plastic.
