Does anyone know of any contacts out there who is able to make up a 栃木 license plate, strangely enough everywhere I see they either don't do a tochigi license plate or they have the prefix とちぎ which honestly isn't much use as I'm trying to create some show plates to replicate my cars original license plate as it rolled out of the eunos utsunomiya-east dealership in 1994.
