Great isolation of the injectors and I'm digging the black and white. What was the lighting used for the isolation?

hey maybe you guys can help me out. My nikon d50 whenever i take a photo i see a red dot in the exact same place every time. Sometimes depending on the color that i am taking a photo there is a lighter red line going down the photo from the red dot. Maybe you guys have some insight.

when i try to post up a picture the picture is too small to notice. And when looking on my photos i now can not find the line. My only problem is just the one small red dot.

is this a damaged sensor or just a dirty sensor.

ok it wont let me remove the terrible photo i took that i uploaded by accident.

I'm not seeing it in the pic, maybe I'm blind haha. Can you circle it for me, or show another pic?

There is no need to take it somewhere unless you feel uncomfortable doing it yourself. You can get a little rocket blower and if that doesn't do the trick there are many different paths to take from there. Check out the tips on this site: http://www.cleaningdigitalcameras.com/methods.html

Try the rocket blower first then if that doesn't work then I would try sensor swab and eclipse.

I hated mine, was slow, felt clunky, without a grip the vr sucks battery life. Much prefer my 75-150 f3.5 from the 80s

I haven't done it for years, but it was with face to face help from a professional and I think that eclipse cleaner is what I used. For a swab, we used half of a popsicle stick with a pec pad on the end (see bedheadben's link). Be light with the pressure. If the stain is a bit stubborn, just keep swapping out the swabbing material and continue going over it.
