This pic is not necessarily representative of what the F1s look like. Nial did a long exposure to get this. It makes the faces look slightly translucent purple. They do NOT look like this to your eyes. The gauges are black as night and look quite opaque.Originally Posted by ChrisJuliano

The funny thing is, I've gone to great efforts to make my gauges opaque. Making a set of colored translucent ones would be pretty easy.
I think a very slight translucent look would be very cool, to much becomes "ebay-ish" but just a little would bring a cool contrast to the letters I think.
Hoping I can win a set of my faves, "Nutz," for my NA!
I like the look of the NB Version: Zero. I'm a big fan of the clean look of those faces with the cool 6 o'clock needle positions.
