    My 94 track toy..

1994 Miata, white, 175k miles (pampered, never raced... ok, last 50k have been beaten..)
A package with 90-93 white hardtop.

    mods

    Suspension:
    FM springs/swaybars
    Tokico Illumina shocks
    949 Racing Endlinks
de-powered steering rack (with plugs and internals modded)

    brakes:
    Hawk HP+ front brake pads
    Hawk HPS rear brake pads
    SS lines
super blue fluid (not a big deal, obviously)

    Body/interior:
    AC fully removed
    R front lip
    KG works rear spoiler
90-93 dash swap (dash covered in faux suede)
airbags FULLY removed. all wiring etc.
    Nardi Classic steering wheel
modified door cards (removed pocket and pull handle, covered bottom half in faux suede and have a leather strap door pull)
    KG works door handles/locks
    Autokonexion shorty console
no radio. just giant gaping hole
    Gforce 6 point harnesses
    Memoryfab super-low rails
    Memoryfab s68 seats (may keep)
    Flyin miata frame rails
    rear bumper cut
    trailer hitch
hoppy plug n play trailer harness
knockoff "raydot" chrome mirrors (have stocks)
    HDHCHTDD roll bar with padding
Newish ebay soft top with no tears/rips etc. still plenty of life left.

    wheels/tires:
OE hollow spoke with worn BFG Traction TA
15 inch cobalt steelies with 2 25% Fuzion ZRi and 2 95% yoko S drives
15x7 Enkei 7 spokes with worn, but still good to use R888's

    engine/drivetrain:
new OE clutch at about 150k
    stock flywheel lightened 2 lbs
    exh-intake cam
    enthuzacar exhaust

    tire trailer

no rust, car's pretty straight. trunk needs re-paint badly. (rattle can job..) well, paints in decent shape on the whole car, but right rear quarter is different color from PO. not sure why. frame is straight.

car handles awesome on track. setup proper to be a relatively maintenance free track car. 5 years and dozens of events and only issue i had was a spark plug wire pop off. oil changed before every event, sometimes 2x per month.

still debating on whether to sell or not, really.. what is a realistic price? i have a certain "target" but i don't know if it's "realistic" or not..

blah blah blah.. i'm sure you've all seen enough of my car over the years.. it's been one hell of a project for me, and i love it..

I love this car, and a lot of the miata community does also. I know you have been debating about selling it for some time and if you choose to you know what everyone will say.

    Part it out.

As it sits right now, 4k is what you are going to get. Its a 94 miata, high-ish miles, no AC, no radio. But it does have lots of cool stuff. But people don't pay for "cool stuff". If you have stock replacement stuff, I HIGHLY suggest parting this out. Here is a quick lay out.

You sell the car for 4k and call it a day OR

    Roll bar 400
    KG works spoiler 100
    seats 400-500
    harnesses 100
    wheel 100
    side mirrors 50
    tow hooks 30
    enkei wheels 500
    Steelies 200

Now you have a stock car without AC, pop on a cheap radio have a stock steering wheels, seats and mirrors that will sell for 3500 bucks. if you still have the stock suspension laying around, swap that for even more money.

Shock, springs and sways 500 easy

I know its a little bit of work, but you will make more money in the end and you can give back to the community. One last thing, my prices are totally made up from what I have seen and what I can guess. I'm sure they will fluctuate at least a little bit. But a difference of 4000 bucks and 5300/6000 is a good chunk of money!

Well, you have to consider how much a miata is worth in your area. it may be different because up north you have to deal with rust. That gives you more money in your pocket.

If you wait a few months, like until spring time, then you might get more for the car because once decent temps start to come back up North people aren't apprehensive about convertibles. Good luck.

Very true. If you decide to sell it/part it out, which I really hope you don't, know that your parts will go to good loving homes
