Went for a beautiful autumn drive and filled up.

27mpg....city and highway. Those 30mpgs were on the highway. Top up and the Air on.
And the 20mpg...stuck in traffic in Los Angeles twice for two hours each time!
My left leg still hurts thinking about that day.

APR mirrors with Slick Auto adapters and new stickers, which are really more like jelly/rubber pads about 2mm thick from Revlimiter for my scuff guards

Just picked up my new to me ZOOM tail lights from the paint shop. I am still trying to get the chrome trim rings, but I did test fit them while they were painted red and I really can't wait to install them. I won't post installed pics until they are mostly finished. In my minds eye, they should look pretty when complete.

Nice, if you haven't done it already, take the time to shave and polish the lenses. Photo's don't really catch it, but they look so much cleaner.

I used to wear my dog tags, but then I remembered mine had my SS# so I stopped wearing them. (do they still put that on them?) And now after several moves I packed them away and cannot find them (typical of me)

Are those Zoom tails from Bo Gaut? He said he sold them to a real baller build on here. Looking forward to seeing more...

I just hit my exhaust bolts with some penetrating oil. I may be swapping in a friend's eBay exhaust to see if I can stand the drone for a bit. Or if I want something closer to the middle...

So after weeks of convincing my self my clutch was about to die I figured it was worth jack up the car again to find luckily my clutch is fine it was just the bracket my manifold had come loose. I guess I should say thanks to ezmfne for giving me the idea to check it out. While he pointed out it could be the common heat shield problem (something my car is missing) it was actually in the right area. When I got my Fujitsubo the bracket that bolts to the gear box had been damaged, the lower of two bolt holes actually had a chunk missing originally I thought nothing of it. I'm guessing a nasty bump dislodged the bolt and since then the forces of the gear box and it holding tight on at the top bolt have been the source of my problems. I will be keeping an eye on it but worst comes to worst I will pull the bracket off and replace the hangers with stiffer ones to help hold the bulk.
