15x7 5-spoke wheels with RE-11s

Old-school Rota 5-spoke wheels with 205-50-15 RE-11s mounted and balanced. 15x7 wheels, 30mm offset. Tires are in good shape for autocross, have 7-8 events left on them, I would estimate. Wheels are sprayed orange, looks pretty sharp with a blue car

Any chance you know the model? I've never seen Rota use a lug cover.
