I picked up three different paint pens at Walmart to test out. All were under $3.00. They all went on pretty easy, but the one from "Duc Tape brand" (oil based paint) has held up the best so far. The others had small cracks develop from the tire flexing, not super noticeable, and easy to fix.
When I did mine, they turned brown within a week and a half. I then tried a yellow pen which looked good also but I had the same problem. I just said forget it and hit my tire up with flat black paint and went back to normal. I really like yours though.
