Fack, this all makes me glad I decided to just get something pre 75 for a project car and just have my ND mostly stock performance-wise.
Definitely some crazy perseverance

I put it on the lift today to start the turbo install. Will try to take pictures as it progresses.
Read the entire thread to see if I can figure out what all I have done to this car. Really wish PB had not killed my pictures. I wonder what some of those cool things that I took pictures of were.
Never got to try E85 with the Rotrex. Jackson Racing dropped the CARB legal Miata stuff to focus on the 86. Still need a differential. Did not realize that I started this car in 2013.
Looking for a 60's Japanese pickup for my next project. Don't want to do that CARB thing again.

I have a 69 Datsun 521 now. I have removed all the suspension from the frame in order to install Miata subframes, etc. I am not the first to do this. Current plan is a Honda K24Z3 with a BMW DCT. I love the idea of doing it electric... but it weighs LESS than a stripped NA Miata and I don't want to change that. California trucks are taxed by weight, and this one came in at 1950 lbs. Pretty crazy for a body on frame vehicle.

I have been following your build. I am thinking about handing it off to Renderos to move it along.
Final picture of my Miata. Drawn and quartered.
