Dude, I brought that ABS plastic.... When you come to Stephen's give me a call, if you want to pick it up.

I will. Thanks man. With the weather looking better this weekend, I will get to try out the Hardtop hoist I am making and also make the adjustments to the bikini top.

Yes. I only have two jackstands. What I think will work best is to pull my NB in the carport and yours can park next to it. Should make pulling the fogs and transferring them over easier with them side by side like that.

James, just a thought... if you're going to pull the carpet, maybe lay some sound deadener/heatshielding on the tunnel and right side of the driver's footbox. One of those things that 'while I'm in there...' sort of makes driving the car more livable, especially with that header.

Alright Steven, so what I am going to be bringing is my jack, all 4 jackstands (just in case), ratchet and sockets, soldering iron and solder, electrical tape, wire strippers, extra hardware to really secure the front lip since it will be off, fog lights with wiring, screwdriver. Anything else that I may need to bring?

No, I have most of that stuff. Bring what you think you need to do the job, in case I don't have it.

Very good idea. Wish I had done this the first time around.

Do you guys have any experience with different thermal barriers? I know in all the FM builds, they seem to use thermocool? Or something named like that. I really wanted to buy product from sounddeadenershowdown.com but couldn't get a response. However the site is an extremely good resource for product application and cause/effects of the different approaches

    Avoid the ones with asphalt.

Actually, I plan to add some in the e30. Placement of these materials is key.
