It was a guessing game based on another member's favorite cheese and pro football player. I had no idea until he gave a couple hints. lol Random, right?
I've got a lot less horsepower - luckily they are Japanese horses - usually in better shape and more motivated.

Looking forward to next year's Heritage series that alternates between Redlines and RealRiders. I'm just hoping they actually show up in stores around me. Either the Wal-Marts and other stores haven't been getting the new Retro cases since C and onward, or someone has been buying every single one of them before they hit shelves. I want to think it's the former since lots of B case Retros are still hanging on the pegs in 3 WMs in my area. Granted, B case didn't have much in terms of desirability.

I'm pretty sure there's an overzealous collector/scalper in my area. After going through a bin at WM a few weeks ago with C case stuff, I separated all the cars of models I'd want 1 of from the rest. I was picking out the best example of each, with the fewest faults in tampos and paint. I grabbed half of the cars I wanted and planned to go back in a couple days to get the other half. So, I left a bunch of cars at the bottom of the bin organized by mode so I could more quickly find theml. 3 days later, and the bin had been gone through, which is normal (I figure if it isn't other customers undoing my stacking, it's WM employees), but of the 8 or 9 Snoopys I had left, not a 1 was left. I knew where they should've been in the bin, but they were gone, and were nowhere to be found. But all of the Turbine Time trucks with the "Elwood's Garage" tampos were still sitting where I left them. Which I think is one of the cooler fantasy models, not to mention Elwood is likely a nod to Larry Wood, famed Hot Wheels designer.

It's possible in those 3 days 8-9 different people bought a Snoopy, but highly unlikely. Not many people are willing to dig through bins. Most people just look at what's on top, grab 2-4 cars and that's it. I know it's just anecdotal speculation, but I'm not going to camp out at WM waiting to catch this possible person red-handed.

On a positive note, I'm getting really good at going through overfilled dumpbins and stacking the cars in order to check every single one looking for Supers and basic THs.

Snagged the "Bad Water Basin" NSX from the Road Trippin Wal Mart series.

Pros: Matte Blue Paint, tinted windows, black interior.
    Cons: Tan chassis, Tampos, Wheels.

Shortly after getting it home it was drilled apart and reconfigured with out the tampos , a black chassis from another NSX and some gold BBS style wheels. Still want to do some fine detailing and cleaning but I'm happy with it.

And here is a photo of a couple of Monster Jam trucks I'm in the process of adding some detail to and configuring into some vintage style Bigfoot trucks.

Me too lol I only get a get minutes here and there. Luckily it only takes a few minutes to remove tampos and drill out rivets. I'd like my son to be able to play with some solid modern Bigfoot trucks when he's old enough.

I stumbled across this one while zoning the shelves at work. It was tucked behind the Star Wars toys.

I would love to get my hands on a handful of Datsun wagons on the short cards.
