This is the Official Project-G Annual Meet 2014 Update Thread.

We will be posting any important information pertaining to the event in this thread. Any changes, additions, etc. will be posted here. So make sure to check back often to see what is happening.

Here at Project-G we are all really excited as this event is taking shape. A lot more vendors have come forward this year to take part in this.

Since all the sponsors have been finalized, it looks like it's time to drop what we feel is a pretty exciting roll call:



All the above listed sponsors have come forward to contribute to this event in some way. So please make sure to check out what they have to offer. These are the companies that want to support the Miata community and make this a memorable event. So let's show them our appreciation.

This year we are launching our first Roadster Showoff.
It looks like the turnout is going to be pretty good, with a spread of different forms and styles. We still have room for more, so if you are considering registering, it's not too late.
At the very least, you will get Prime Parking, A Food Voucher, and a Raffle Ticket.

The menu for the event looks like it will be our famous G-Dogs (Snap Dogs) and G's-Burgers.

Gates will open promptly at 12 pm, with sales, raffles, and giveaways throughout the day.

Remember to preorder your event shirt and make sure you wear it to the event.
There will be random prizes given to the people wearing their event shirt at the event!!!

We have secured overflow parking at Nichol's Lumber on the corner of Dalewood and Maine Ave. They are nice enough to allow us to use their parking lot for the event.
So please show them respect and treat their parking lot appropriately. No burnouts or donuts PLEASE.
We will have people patrolling the parking lot, as well as the surrounding streets to keep an eye on the cars not parked in the venue.

All our past events have gone off without incident, so we don't expect this year to be any different.
You guys have been great! So remember, this event is for you, our supporters!
Like we always say, Project-G has the best supporters.
