Buying Miata again

Hi guys,

New to this forum but not to Miata. Had an NB years ago prior to kids and now back in the market. Decided on a used NC. Looking for a specific combination and found one in Texas. Being I am in California, I am worried registering it here. Can someone in the know tell me what a miata's vehicle emissions information card looks like if it is just federalized or a California car. Thanks.
