Hot Wheels and Maisto Corvettes

Everyone knows I won't buy Hot Wheels on eBay because it's not the same as the joy of finding them on a peg however, these are a couple diecasts I'm definitely not going to find on a peg or shelf. I've been looking for this Hot Wheels 1:18th scale Corvette for quite awhile, especially since it matches it big brother.

HW did a great job with this one. It comes in a sealed cylindrical enclosure I haven't opened yet and is my new pride and joy of my HW collection.

I put a regular 1:64 HW Vette for comparison








They even got my Z51 drilled rotors in the details

The Maisto Corvette popped up from the same seller at a really good price so what the hell. I like it a lot as well and have it out in the garage with my other open HW Vettes on the shelf.

I've always found the C5/C6 to be very bland when scaled down, not enough striking features. I do, however, quite like this one:
