    Say... that's a good question.

Well, right now I'm doing an unpublished keychain sale. They're $15ish each to try to reduce stock so I can remake them all with the new epoxy. At the very minimum, you'd get that deal. Let me think about it.

Quick answer: YES. There will be some sort of discount on the keychain price if ordered with badges. I'm just not sure how much discount.

So. Beautiful. Superb job, Adam! I have a feeling Jazz and Stella will be wearing some of the Revlimiter badges soon.

I've got the Type v in black on order so I'll make sure to take some proper pictures when Adam has some time to finish it. Saved me about $100+ dollars on that ridiculously expensive OEM badge. I don't want to think about how much money I've thrown at Adam in the past 6 months...all of which I've had no buyers remorse of course!

^ It's sitting next to me waiting for its turn for photos. The black ones are super goddamn pretty. Like... I now know why black was an option. Or at least I think it was.

And a HUGE thank you for all the purchases.

I got my key chain and badge today. I'll post up pics later. Adam, they look excellent! The badge has a bit of heft to it, too!

    Adam:

Would you recommend waiting for the new epoxy run?
What would the major difference be?

I... have no idea what you're asking. Sorry. I've backspaced over a dozen speculations, but I honestly have no clue what the question is.

Sorry, I was referring to your post where you said

"They're $15ish each to try to reduce stock so I can remake them all with the new epoxy. "

And was wondering if I should hold out for the new epoxy or if the finish product will be identical in quality etc.

That's only with regards to the keychains. All the badges use the new materials. The old resin keychains are fine, IMHO. You just can't leave them sitting out in the sun all day everyday or they will yellow.

^ Answered exactly how I was gonna. Thank you Steve!!!

Yes, all badges are made with "the new epoxy" which is UV stable. It shouldn't yellow noticeably for 5+ years. It's flexible and resists scratches and impact damage. It's really amazing stuff.

The "old epoxy" is a UV resin that's very clear and meant for jewelry. It's rigid and doesn't heal after it gets scratched or gouged. It also yellows if left in the sun for a month or longer. It's honestly a fine substance to make keychains out of, but I don't really want to keep two different types of epoxy in stock. I'll be phasing out the old UV epoxy in favor of the new polyurethane.

All custom keychain orders use the new epoxy going forward and have for the last month or so.
