Yeah, Pinoy food is sort of like Hawaiian food. It's a mix of styles and items from different cultures that works REALLY well. One of the original "fusion" food styles. I almost want to call it "Asian soul food".
BTW, Anthony's wife makes really awesome lumpias!

I had just made a batch of Chicken Adobo. I brought some to a couple of coworkers and if it does well, I'll end up selling them like the lumpia.

After a cpl of weeks of looking on ebay I was able to snag my wife a nikon d3100 dslr camera. They wanted 289.00 auction was ending in 2 hours so I submitted offer of 200 and they accepted. After a cpl of weeks of my wife using it gonna get her a book (nikon d3100 for dummies) I hope to finally have some good pics of my miata along with the fact it will give her a reason to come to meets to take group car pics
