Thanks for the info, Jeff was going to do that and we were changing the pilot bearing as well, one came with the new clutch.

You won't have any issues by the lighter flywheel; just make sure its' surface is nice (no hotspots) and flat. Worth replacing the pilot bearing as well, but I assume this will be done with the clutch anyway. While you are in there, check the rear main seal (crank) for leaks too.
